Through Northern's history, Mr. Klein has been the visionary responsible for guiding the major development and substantial growth of all of Northern's residences and programs. He became involved with the not-for-profit sector in 1979 and has served this segment of the industry ever since. He holds a nursing home administrator's license.

Sonny Kaplan's involvement with the senior community expanded when he became CFO of a multi program health care provider and was a part of the planning, financing, and operating of several programs similar to those at Northern. It was this path that led him to Northern Services Group in January of 2000 to become Chief Financial Officer.
